EzPlanet One 1.0 (Stelvio) was the first release of the operating system that has reached his scope to make EzPlanet One know to the Linux user community as an Enterprise level Linux distribution. We thank all those who have installed and tested this new distribution. We will continue to produce updates and bug fixes if new bugs will be reported.

EzPlanet One 2 (Madesimo) will have a lifespan of over two years during which operating system fixes will be made available through the EzPlanet One Network or one of its mirrors. Support for EzPlanet One 2.0 will be carried out for a minimum of five years after his end of life period scheduled for 2007.

There are three levels of support offered, Standard, Professional and Enterprise.

Standard support is available to anyone through the EzPlanet One Network updates.

Professional support can be purchased at €500/year per server or €800/year per workstation

Enterprise support, is offered to those organizations with a large installation base of workstations and/or server clusters. It can be purchased at €500/year per workstation for a minimum of 10 workstations. Server cluster support is available at €2.000/year for a cluster up to 4 nodes, or €4.000/year for a cluster up to 10 nodes.
