This privacy policy relates only to EzPlanet One web site at www.ezplanetone.com. Links to external web sites are not covered. EzPlanet One does not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this web site, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email, or by using an electronic form, or enquiring about any of our products and services.
In these latter cases, in compliance with the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications the personal data you provide electronically to EzPlanet One will be used exclusively for providing you with the information, products and/or services that you have requested. We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals, except with your express consent.
Use of cookies
EzPlanet One uses cookies for collecting user information for the purpose of rendering our web site in your browser in a fully accessible format in order to comply with relevant disability legislation and industry standards.
In addition, when we conduct surveys, we deposit a cookie on visitors' computers. The cookie is used to identify web visitors who have already been offered the survey so that they are not prompted to participate a second time.
Statistics
EzPlanet One monitors the IP addresses of visitors to assess which pages are the most popular. These IP addresses are not linked to any personal data so all visitors to our site remain anonymous.

Summary of terms used above
Browser - used to locate and display Web pages via a software application.
